Sync your data with Dedupely

We built a two-way, simultaneous integrations on multiple CRM's and Excel/CSV. That means that when you merge two duplicates in Dedupely they will instantly merge in your CRM. No need to download or upload anything from or to your CRM.

First sync with Dedupely

When you sign up with Dedupely you are asked to connect with your CRM using your CRM login credentials. Once the connection is established we will automatically start syncing your data.

How long does it take to sync?

Dedupely is very fast. Most syncs take between 5 and 20 minutes, but it depends on your CRM and how many records you are syncing with us. If you are syncing more than 300k records with us, please allow for 30 minutes for every 100k records. 

Estimated sync time
  • 0-50k records: 2-15 minutes

  • 50-300k records: 15-90 minutes

  • 300-600k records: 1-3 hours

  • 600k-1M records: 3-10 hours

  • 1M+ records: around 10-12 hours

Why does Dedupely need to sync my data?

To apply our match and merge engine our algorithm need access to your records. Once the sync is ready you will be able to match and merge your duplicates.

Can I choose which records to sync?

The first sync we will sync all of your records to make sure we get all objects, fields and columns (contacts, companies, deals, etc.). Later you can remove record-types in App Management in Dedupely. 

We will always sync all the records in a particular record type.
